Participants are required to have an adequate base level of fitness. If you currently train 3 plus times p/w and can run a few km with out stopping you fitness level will be adequate. IF NOT YOU HAD BETTER START TRAINING NOW......Include some circuit training in your preparations..running, burpees, pushups, sit ups, pull ups, squats, lunges, mountain climbers, sprints, core strength, boxing etc
If you are super fit don't worry the weekend will definitely be a challenge for you too!!!
The accommodation in Melbourne is cabins. Recruits will share a cabin with 4 - 6 others. Cabins are gender specific unless you come with a mixed group and make a specific request received for group cabin.
Accommodation available on the friday night prior to camp for an additional cost
All participants me read and sign waiver and complete health screening prior to camp commencement.
If you have any preexisting or current medical conditions please provide a clearance letter from your doctor.
Please advise of any food allergies prior to camp commencement.
